Mecca Mall is part of Al Kurdi real-estate group, introducing new products to the Jordanian market. Mecca Mall is the second mall the group owns attracting many investors after the big success of Abdoun Mall. There is going to be a third extension to Mecca Mall that will include a new shopping area, a five-star hotel, and a tower for offices of an area reaching approximately 18000 square meters.
With the opening of Mecca Mall, Jordan witnessed its first mega mall. This mall further revolutionized the concept of shopping in Jordan. This center, so vibrant with its services and facilities, became the core of shopping in Jordan and consequently, a major expansion took place to fill the needs of the market.
To accommodate the total customer capacity of the 195,000 m2 mall and 350 shops, Mecca Mall provides abundant parking space on all sides of the mall, including a parking tower. In addition, we’re adding a new phase to the mall at a cost of JD 360 million. The extension will hold a new shopping mall area accompanied by a five-star hotel, office tower, and entertainment city within an area of 180,000 m2.
